An Engineering & Management Post Graduate with a rich experience of 15 years in the business of Advertising & Marketing Communications, Pankaj is a born entrepreneur to whom business comes quite naturally. He's a serial entrepreneur, and has also co-founded two more successful businesses: Saints & Warriors Communications Pvt. Ltd. and Fusion Events Pvt. Ltd. where he continues to play an active business- administrative role.

Along the way he has gained a reputation for sharp understanding of the human behavior, society and culture coupled with rich marketplace understanding. He has helped many a brand achieve great results.

Besides being on the Advisory board of other organizations and educational institutes, he has been invited to teach advertising and communication at various management institutes. He has also presented papers on Marketing & Communication at various Public forums & Conferences.

An Engineering & MBA Graduate, Rahul is the managing partner and heads the business function. Known for his ability to take forward the integration of creative ideas into all brand touch-points seamlessly,Rahul leads the client interface team from the front,hands on.

Rahul, along with his domain knowledge also brings his brand operations and process skills on the table. In his rich work life of 15 years, he has successfully nurtured brands including Eicher Motors, Bajaj Auto,Tata Indicom, Dainik Bhaskar and Star Plus among others.

He is the President of Indore Advertising Agencies Association and is also active with CII – YI, Indore Chapter and Indore Management Association.

An applied arts graduate from Delhi, Candy is the creative custodian at Purple Focus, leading the team from the front.

Candy, who brings with him 15 years of rich experience and expertise, has held leadership positions with agencies like Rediffusion DY&R and Lintas. His last stint was as Creative Director at Capital Advertising. An easy going, versatile, result oriented individual who has managed to earn great respect for his work, Candy is known in the industry for his out-of-the-box thinking and his skill in translating complex briefs into simple and memorable ideas.

In his career span, he has personally nurtured brands like Maruti, LG, Electrolux, GPI, Nestle, and Spice Telecom among others. His most remembered work being on the Maruti Suzuki campaign, with the little sardar boy cooing - “Papa Ki Karaon, Petrol khatam hi nahi Hunda”. This campaign alone raised revenues for the brand threefold.

A great people's person, Ashish is a strategic planner by nature and all his planning has consumer orientation. Along with being a brand strategist, Ashish also leads the client interface team and is in charge of Delhi operations.

Ashish has 18 years of rich work experience across categories, clients, markets and agencies and has had stints with Everest Delhi, RK Swamy BBDO, Hyderabad,Touchstone Mumbai & Grey Kolkata. His last stint was as Group Business Director with Mudra,Delhi.

During his career span some of the brands he has contributed to include Mercedes, Rotomac, Red & White, Satyam Computers, RTDC, JK Laxmi Cement,Bajaj, Ramoji Film City, Tata Indicom, Zee Jagran, Safal and Hamdard.

Recently, Ashish has also started honing his skills in digital advertising and is championing its cause at Purple Focus.

One of the founding members, Rohit is a management graduate in advertising and independently leads the client interaction team and the media planning & buying functions.

A great operations and relationship person,Rohit is easygoing and down-to-earth with a practical approach towards work. He also actively contributes to business planning and handles client interactions of Fusion Events.

Rohit is also a visiting faculty at International Institute of Professional Studies, Indore, where he loves teaching advertising.

A management graduate in advertising,Mahima heads Purple Production - the company's film production arm. With 10 years of rich experience behind her, Mahima is very well versed with all the nuances of film production.

Known for her never-say-die attitude,resourcefulness and commitment to results,Mahima has served in the past as an Assistant Director for movies, serials and Ad films with various production houses in Mumbai.

A people's person, Mahima is very meticulous in her work and has a hands-on approach towards business.

A  Science graduate from Delhi University Murali is a seasoned advertising and marketing communication professional with 20 years of experience across advertising, direct marketing, and more recently digital. Having a rich experience of films, print advertising, direct marketing and online communications he holds in depth understanding of brand nuances & working within brand parameters.

In the past Murali has worked with Wunderman International ,Clarion Bates, Publicis, Rediffusion and Caffeine Digital, where he has contributed his talents to furthering the cause of clients like Hero Honda, Citibank, Microsoft, Timesjobs, Air Hostess Academy, Essar amongst others. 

On the lighter side Murali is a film buff, a voracious reader, a socio political commentator & a connoisseur of music. He’s an avid biker & has toured the back roads and villages of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Ladakh on his Enfield.

Alok, is CEO of Fusion Events, the events and activation company. A great team leader, Alok is very level headed, objective, and has an allinclusive style of business operations.

With more than 15 yrs of experience across the country, he has staged & guided numerous national level events, exhibitions, conventions,conferences and road shows for brands like Zee TV, Eicher Motors, Radio Mirchi, Big FM,Himalaya, Star Plus, Star One, Dainik Bhaskar,HDFC Standard Life Insurance and BAJA among others.

Over a period of time, Alok has earned the reputation of an event promotions expert for his keen insight and in-depth knowledge of events and activation and is regularly invited to speak at various seminars and forums.

Mohit holds a Masters in Business Administration from Mumbai and a degree in law as well. With more than 10 years of experience, Mohit with his perseverance and problem solving skills is a master in event planning and resource management.

A team player, Mohit has a great eye for detail and sound knowledge of execution of events. He doesn't buckle under stress and enjoys the reputation of 'events-champion'.

Currently, Mohit is in charge of Indore operations of Fusion Events handling planning, logistics and deliveries.

Mohit is also regularly invited to speak at various seminars and forums.
