The Navtar programme was conceived and designed by us for Youva to connect digitally with today’s youth.

The key insight behind the programme was that parents and kids are anxious about the aptitudes and career options available, as kids get closer to finishing school. And since each kid has a different personality type and special hidden powers, it often gets very difficult to identify these powers at the right time.

The Navtar programme identified 12 personality types and created Navtars for each type, both male and female through a scientifically conceived online aptitude test developed by the Myers Briggs Testing Institute. Kids were encouraged to take these tests to identify their personality types and hidden superpowers.

The programme was not just immensely popular amongst out target group but also gained traction through the social media, going viral and helping Youva attract record traffic to its website.
